Brenda, the broker/owner for Boyd Realty, has more than 30 years in the real estate profession.

Brenda attended Florida State University, is a mega-million dollar producer. She has taught sales and marketing seminars as well as designed and helped to implement marketing and promotional campaigns for major league baseball.

Brenda Boyd May specializes in the Development Process from conception to sell out. Brenda Boyd May is also knowledgeable in the field of condo conversions.

Stephanie graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Business Management in 2014. Immediately upon graduation, Stephanie jumped into real estate. She is the granddaughter of Wilbur Boyd who founded the former Wilbur Boyd Realty and the daughter of Wilbur “Bur” Boyd II, who also had a well-established career in the real estate profession for many years.

Being the fifth generation born and reared in Manatee County, Stephanie is very involved and passionate about her community. Inspired by her family’s deep roots in real estate, Stephanie is committed to working hard to find the perfect home, whether it be a first home or a vacation home, for her friends and clients.

Kellie has more than 25 years experience in local marketing and sales. Kellie holds a Specialist degree from Barry University, a Masters degree from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelors degree from Eckerd College. Kellie is actively involved in the local community. She is a member of the Manatee High School Alumni Association, a board member of the Cotillion Club of Manatee County, and 2015 Tour of Homes Chairperson for Entre Nous Club. Kellie has coordinated numerous events, appeals, and advertising campaigns. She has also served as a local private school administrator and a state private school accreditation team chairperson.

Kellie offers a wealth of marketing, sales, community, school, and neighborhood experience. She enjoys using these skills to assist sellers in gaining maximum exposure for their homes and helping buyers find the homes of their dreams.

Suzan Boyd is a life-long resident of Manatee County. After many years of child-rearing, volunteerism and active engagement in her beloved community, she is returning to real estate and the marketplace. Suzan is a graduate of Manatee High School and holds a business marketing degree from Florida State University.

Suzan married into the wonderful Boyd family, (Wilbur Boyd II), and has 3 children. Her daughter, Stephanie is an active and busy realtor. For many years, Suzan has invested her time, talent and resources into making Manatee County a better place to live. She has been active in service organizations as well as very active in church and other ministries. She has been recognized and honored for her work on sanctity of life issues in the community. Suzan has a great love for God, her family and her city and looks forward to integrating her faith, family business and community contacts to serving you.

Kevin Van Ostenbridge is a native of Manatee County and a third generation Floridian with a passion for his community. Having lived, worked and volunteered in Bradenton and on Anna Maria Island most of his life he has deep community roots. Kevin has been a volunteer youth football coach for the Manatee Wildcats and The Police Athletic League and coached football at his alma mater Manatee High School for 5 years. Kevin spent six summers in the bustling Alaskan port city of Skagway, a place that holds a very special place in his heart. He is an adventurous person who loves to travel the world and lives for the day. Family and friends are the most important things in his life.

Mr. Van Ostenbridge started his successful real estate career in 2003 and became a Top Producer at Boyd Realty eventually managing their branch office on Anna Maria Island. Today his office is located on Manatee Avenue in Bradenton’s River District. Kevin is a tenacious worker who takes pride in his expert product knowledge, cutting edge marketing approach and uncompromising honesty.

Honesty, integrity, professional, responsive and a strong communicator are some of the qualities Laura Budd McKeithen brings to the real estate profession.  Laura loves working with people throughout the selling and buying process and assisting them in making the most informed decisions throughout their move.

She is a fifth-generation resident to the Tampa Bay area where she has a knowledge of the real estate market that only a true local could know.  She provides a boutique level of service that ensures the entire buying and selling process will be a smooth transaction. Laura is a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, she returned to Florida and has called Bradenton-Sarasota home for more than 30 years. Well-connected within the community, her in-depth knowledge of local area attractions and businesses gives her a wide circle of influence and community contacts.   Laura gives 110% because she knows that her success is a result of her customers meeting their real estate goals.
